Warranty Policy

We offer a 90-day warranty on all our hydraulic quick-release couplings. Stainless steel or copper quick release couplings for water use are warranted for 180 days. The warranty is calculated from the date of invoice. For individual users, a PDF invoice will be sent to your email address after the product has been shipped by the website. For wholesalers or corporate users, if the payment is made through a bank account, the date of the invoice sent by the salesperson is the starting point.

  • such failure occurs during the use of the Product in conformance with the Product Specifications provided by AKJia Hydraulic
  • there has been no disassembly, damage during shipment, abuse, misuse, misapplication, maintenance, alteration, or improper installation or maintenance or repair of the Product.

If a quick-release coupling fails within the warranty period, we will require evidence and a description of the failure to help us determine whether the failure is caused by a defect in the product or the manufacturing process. We will provide a return or refund of the price paid for the product, depending on the customer’s needs.

For some of the product failures, we ask our customers to send them to our designated warehouse, and we will send them back to our factory for analysis. This will help us to improve our process and quality. We will need the customer to help us with this mailing process. The cost of sending back will be paid by us.

In case of a product failure within the warranty period, the customer is required to do the following:

a)When you encounter a malfunction, after stopping the equipment, remember to use your cell phone or camera to record the malfunction of the quick coupling, either by photo or video. This will help us to determine the failure of the product.

b) You can contact us through all the ways on our website, because of the time difference, you may not be able to reach our online chat tool or 800 number, you can leave us a message by form or email, and we will reply you within 24 hours.

c) Describe the product failure you encountered. Provide the order number of the product. If you purchased it from the Amazon store, please provide the Amazon order number, we will reply to you within 1 working day, and you will be returned and exchanged, refunded, and other appropriate actions.

In the following cases, the product is not covered by the warranty

  1. The product has been vandalized or disassembled by yourself.
  2. Quick couplings are not available for purchase directly from our website or our Amazon store. Because it is impossible to determine the source of the product
  3. Product problems caused by improper handling. Including use errors. There have been cases of incorrect parameters at the time of purchase, especially wrong threads. Misunderstanding of the thread by the customer. If you are not familiar with threads, please check with our sales staff before purchasing.
